Like a guide, we’re with you every step of the way. We communicate daily if necessary and we have a weekly coaching call.

APPLICATION:
We start with an application and an interview.
We only take serious folks into our Fully Guided program and we want to make sure it’s a good fit for us to work together.
Once you submit your application, we hop on the phone, talk about the application, and get to know each other a bit. If it’s a good fit, we move forward.
PURCHASE MORPHEUS:
Purchase a Morpheus unit if you don’t already have one.
This is a requirement to be in the program, it's $97.
Morpheus is a recovery and heart rate training system that we swear by and it’s an absolute must for joining as a Fully Guided client. We’ll look at your recovery status daily to make training recommendations and dial in your training.
BACKCOUNTRY READINESS ASSESSMENT:
You'll complete this and submit results to the team. Learn more about it HERE.
TEAM DESIGNS PROGRAM
Once you’ve completed the assessment, either Todd or Jordan will individualize a training program for you.
You’ll then do a one-on-one video chat or phone call to walk through the ins and outs of the program.
Together you’ll set a strategy, then you’ll get after it.
DAILY RECOVERY TEST:
Every morning you'll do a Morpheus recovery test and report it to your coach via DM in the EverFit app.
They’ll review your score, look at the day’s training, and give you recommendations on how to approach the day.
Then you’ll train.
WEEKLY COACHING CALL
You have the option of a weekly coaching call.
You can share as many form check videos as you’d like.
TRAINING SCHEDULE
You’ll train for four weeks on your program.
Then you’ll meet with your coach again to set the course for the next four weeks.
Once you’ve trained for 12 weeks, you’ll do the Backcountry Readiness Assessment again.
INITIAL COMMITMENT
We ask for at least a three month commitment when you join the Fully Guided program.
But, like we say in the FAQ, we don’t want to work with you if you don’t want to work with us. If it’s not working, we’ll cut you free with no hard feelings.
